Do you charge sale taxes?: The taxes that appear on your order are estimated based to your "Ship To" postal code and total cart value. The taxes charged to your Credit Card, reflect the applicable federal and provincial sales taxes, and will be determinded when your order is shipped if applicable.
What Credit Cards do you accept?: We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept American Express at this time.
What other payment forms do you accept?: Other payment forms we accept is PayPal. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account. The supplied billing name, address and phone number must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@peakapparel.ca with your name, location number and order number, and we will look into it for you.
