Delivery & Shipping

We accept orders online 24/7. Orders entered through our website will then be processed (pending Credit Card approval or PayPal payment), and shipped out from our Vancouver distribution center. Orders are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via UPS standard or express (freight will be added on check-out).

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.

If you have ordered additional customizations like embroidery or printing, please expect an additional delay as we require time to customize your items. Any unexpected added delays will be communicated to customers via email. If you have questions or concerns regarding your order, please email info@peakapparel.ca

Please note that due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, orders will be delayed by the shipping courier.

For all in-stock items: Orders placed before 11 AM PST Monday to Friday will begin processing that day (excluding stat days). Orders placed after cut-out time will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin to be processed the following Monday. We will try to get the items to you 24 hrs from order date.

For Pre-order products (Out of stock): Our quantities are first come, first served, and will be shipped 2 weeks from order date. We highly advise to please proceed and order to reserve your quantities on our next re-stocking. Please keep in mind it can take 1-5 additional business days depending on your location and current delivery delays due to Covid-19.

Refused shipments: You are responsible for the original shipping charges, duties and taxes incurred. If you decide to refuse any shipment, you will be responsible for the subsequent re-delivery.

Canadian shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be estimated based on your postal code and displayed at checkout. All orders are shipped by UPS within Canada.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Additional fees could be added if at a residential address.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Promotional Merchandise: All personalized promotional and marketing items (embroidered, printed, hemmed) are FINAL sale.

Personal protective Equipment (PPE): All PPE items are FINAL sale.

Uniform Fulfillment Programs: We’re hopeful that everything with your order will be just as you expected. But in the rare case that it’s not, we accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery. The returned item has to be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds are done case by case. We can exchange or apply a credit to your account for future purchases under your request.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
